New SLGR Training Plans have now been added to the website. If you go to ‘My SLGR Results‘ on the website when viewed on a desktop computer/tablet you will have access to some training plans. These are based on your latest 10k times to guide you to the appropriate plan to help you improve your 10k and achieve or improve your half and full marathon goals.
